Effective June 15th ALL donors (new
and repeat) will be
required to show a government issued picture ID at
registration. A government issued ID card can be from
a FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY (LOCAL) governmental
entity, and may include:

Driver’s license§
State issued ID card§
Military ID§
Passport§
School issued ID with picture - High School orCollege (official date of birth is still required)
